We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. All Scent-Sation Fragrances are 100% Genuine and Legitimate Fragrances which are fully boxed and unused.

What are Tester and Unboxed Products?

Sometimes makers of Designer Brand Perfumes often release their products as Testers. They are exactly the same fragrance and are not counterfeit or copies. A Tester is the one of their bottles that the company of the Fragrance whatever the brand is sends to Department Stores or Boutiques so they can show the smell of their fragrance. Tester bottle come in a plain box and may come without a cap as well as have the word Tester stamped somewhere on the bottle.

Unboxed lines of perfumes are perfumes that had their box damaged during transit from the supplier to our warehouse and for this reason they are sold as unboxed.

We guarantee that Testers and Unboxed lines of perfumes are all 100% ORIGINAL, FRESH & have NEVER EVER been opened, or used in any shop and have no defects on the bottle.

Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail to deliver packages to our customers. All our dispatches are recorded and require a signature when you receive your goods. The signature will be taken by the Royal Mail postal person.

We try our best to get your order dispatched for Next Day. However delivery time can take up to 2-5 working days inside the UK. Delivery to Europe can take up to 10 working days.

At Scent Sation Fragrances we are always looking at every methods that allow us to deliver products to you at great prices. With this objective in mind we have a fixed shipping and handling rate so that we can give our customers a better deal.

Scent Sation Fragrances strives to satisfy the customer. For this reason if you are dissatisfied with any of our product, simply return the order within 16 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit/debit card.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace/refund for goods if the seals have been broken or the product has been used, unless they are faulty.

If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Please send only via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as it includes a Delivery Confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for packages that has been lost or damaged.
