For this reason if you are dissatisfied with any of our product, simply return the order within 16 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit/debit card.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace/refund for goods if the seals have been broken or the product has been used, unless they are faulty.

If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Send only via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as it includes a Delivery Confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for packages that has been lost or damaged.
