Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail to deliver packages to our customers. All our dispatches are recorded and require a signature when you receive your goods. The signature will be taken by the Royal Mail postal person. We try our best to get your order dispatched for Next Day, however delivery time can take up to 2-5 working days inside the UK. Delivery to Europe can take up to 10 working days.

At Scent Sation Fragrances we are always looking at every method that allows us to deliver products to you at great prices. With this objective in mind we have a fixed shipping and handling rate so that we can give our customers a better deal.

  • UK Standard Delivery: £1.95 (Free Delivery on orders over £45) – 2-5 working days
  • UK Special Delivery: £4.95 – 1-2 working days
  • International delivery: £9.95 – Up to 10 working days (EU countries only)

Unboxed lines are products that had their box damaged during transit from the supplier to our warehouse and for this reason they are sold as unboxed.

We guarantee that unboxed lines are all 100% ORIGINAL, FRESH & have NEVER EVER been opened, or used in any shop and have no defects on the bottle.

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone.

Any information provided by you will be used for Scent-Sation Fragrances purposes only. However, Scent-Sation Fragrances may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the process of your order for example, the courier that delivers your order ( Royal Mail ).

Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies (such as direct mail organizations or other third parties).

As our payment processing is carried by by WorldPay who are a respected and secure online payment gateway, we do not store your credit / debit card details on any of our systems.

I want to return my product. What do I do?

Scent Sation Fragrances strives to satisfy the customer. For this reason if you are dissatisfied with any of our product, simply return the order within 14 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit/debit card.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace/refund for goods if the seals have been broken or the product has been used, unless they are faulty.

If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Please send only via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as it includes a Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages that has been lost or damaged.
